The Glory Lab is an international site that offers worldwide delivery, with a list of over 250 possible shipping destinations. To offer our clients the best prices and delivery terms we can and also for a better management of our orders, The Glory Lab has two warehouses from where we deliver, namely one in Romania and one in Kazakhstan.
It is important to know that if you are in Bucharest (Romania) or in Almaty (Kazakhstan) you can pick up the products directly from our headquarters, thus avoiding transportation costs.
In Romania, the delivery is provided by Fan Courier and it costs 18 RON. If the delivery address is outside the range, the consumer will be contacted to determine if it wants to pick up the package at the nearest Fan Courier headquarters (no additional cost) or if he opts for delivery to the exact address, with an additional cost, which the Professional will communicate before sending the order.
In Kazakhstan, the delivery is provided by ExLine and cost of the delivery starts from 1600 tenge, if the order does not exceed 150 cm and its weight is no more than 5 kg. If the delivery address is outside the range, the consumer will be contacted to determine if it wants to pick up the package at the nearest Exline headquarters (no additional cost) or if he opts for delivery to the exact address, with an additional cost, which the Professional will communicate before sending the order.
For the rest of the world, the Professional collaborates with several companies, including the national postal services to ensure a greater number of delivery destinations.
For each country, the Professional offers two possibilities of delivery. DHL (considered express delivery) is the first one. And depending on the consumer’s location, we will choose the second company (considered standard delivery), which will be the best option we can offer, taking delivery and costs into consideration. Note that this second option might also be the National Post. Depending on his own needs and preferences, the consumer is free to choose the preferred delivery method.
Delivery prices will always be explicitly communicated to consumers before accepting the order.
The professional will ensure proper packaging of the Goods and submission of supporting documents. The site theglorylab.com makes constant efforts to provide a safe, fast and smooth delivery. However, if any problems do occur, please contact us immediately. Any mentions about integrity issues of packages are to be made at the time of delivery, on the AWB, or fill in a report of the facts and refuse to accept it. Any subsequent complaints regarding these issues are invalid.

In case there is demand from a country that is not listed, the consumer can make a demand by email to the professional at firstname.lastname@example.org, and the professional will take all necessary steps to ensure service delivery. The professional has the obligation of communicating the delivery price before accepting order, thus obtaining (or not) the Consumer’s consent.
Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties that are communicated when the package reaches the country. Therefore, any additional costs to be borne by the consumer customs.
If the professional is notified of the existence of these costs, he will notify the consumer before sending the order.
